Comptech Ice Box with a dry shot?
just as the title says, im running a zex dry shot and want a new intake this might be the perfect one but im not sure how im going to keep my dry shot. i mean paying $350 for the intake doesnt make me want to drill a hole in the pipe. then i see the 2 holes at the end of the pipe thats near the intake manifold, anyone know what they're for?

for the vacuum hoses that come off the intake mani. you can always block those off with some rubber stopper-kinda-things.
i dont understand how the nitrous would flow productively since the spray will hit the other side of the intake tube (kinda like a head-on spray) and rebound into the TB??

it works fine now, i drill a hole in the top of the pipe and screw in the nitrous bit thats it. it faces the TB and sprays and mixes in with the air. so would i be able to use one of those holes for the nitrous bit?

no if you read at any nitrous site they say to install the nozzle as far away from the tb as possible(6-18 inches away, try for the 18), y do you think zex came out with the optimizer filter with the nizzle built in it, cause it is farther away allowing better atomization and mixing with the incoming air. This also ensures that you get the same amount of nitrous in each cylinder.

couldn't you drill the hole into the plastic box?? like on the other side of the filter? that way it would only be in plastic and you could always remove it and patch up the plastic easier then the polished metal. only problem that could arrise is that the plastic is like 2 feet away, but i don't think it is that much...

They're for additional hoses or sensors that some cars are equipped with.
