Default comptech 7lbs aluminum flywheel... first impressions

ok i just got my comptech flywheel installed... 10lbs lighter than stock! All I have to say is... its freakin awesome!! No stalling problems, fine for city driving, revs up very fast, slight gain in "seat of the pants" power, huge gain in responsiveness, no problem with the revs droping too low between shifts (though your shifts need to be on the quick side ), and it is a perfect mesh for my new itr clutch! The ITR clutch may have less "bite" than say an ACT and that could be the reason i've read complaints from lightened flywheels. I am not a drag racer, so I don't know how this light of a fw may work for drag. I'm guessing you would probably want a lil heavier one...

to all those who have been considering this flwwheel DO IT!!

to all of those nay sayers... I am living proof that this Flywheel is NOT too light...

any questions or comments

shifting or starting off on steep hills? yeah i havn't had that problem at all, if im going up a steep hill it is actually easier to rev match and down shift for better power than it was when it was stock.
