Default compression test results 90 psi ? any thoughts

recent rebuild only has 50 miles on it since. wondering if the rings werent seated yet or what people on here thought is wrong. block honed but reused the rings. again all cylinders were at 90 psi @ 10.5:1 static CR and the gauge was working fine i used it on another car right after.

Any change in compression when you squirt oil into the cylinders? And if you say you re-used rings I don't believe that was a good idea.

i would say do a leakdown test and see where you are loosing compression from.... my money is on the head gasket.... only thing i can think of that would cause all 4 to be down after a rebuild.... maybe the head bolts arnt torqued to spec

water level is fine . no white smoke at all. arp head studs with oem head gaskets. resurfaced head. i am also running a stage 2 cam. i just dont have funds for leak down tester at the moment nor access to compressor ... any other thoughts besides me doing a leak down test?

my ideas are .
1- head milled .013 with stage 2 cam not dialed in correctly
2- ferrea valves needs new valve job? i just kind of put them in with old valve job.
2- rings arent fully seated. (does blow blue smoke when coasting in-gear then accelerating slightly)
