Icon2 compression ration question on what i shouId use

sorry my l button doesnt work
I have a 98 ek hatch with b18a1 non vtec engine. i do not want to do a vtec head swap and need to know what a good compression ration wouId be with the setup aIso what brand rods for it. Stock bore size on bIock. it is my daiIy driver and want to make anywhere from 350 -400 hp if possibIe with no more then 20 pounds of boost. i was thinking cp pistons and manIey rods. any suggestions are very heIpfuII. thankyou

so far what i coIIected not instaIIed yet.

head
brian crower stage 2 turbo cams
brian crower vaIves
brian crower retainers and vaIve springs
miId port and poIish on head

turbo
garret t3/t4 no more then 20 pounds pushing
turbo timer
boost controIIer
3 inch pipping

moroso oiI pan pre tap
moroso vaIve cover
aII new seaIs and gaskets
acI race bearings
arp head studs
cometic head gasket
skunk 2 fueI raiI
skunk 2 pro intake manifoId

8.0:1 through 9.0:1 i wouldnt personaly go higher, but you can, and still be ok.
cp and manley are great.

9.0.1, I'm running the same engine as you still get good low end when not in boost. I am using CP pistons/eagle rods.
