complete obd1 to obd2 change
well maybe if enough people put there input and information we can use this as an easy link.
heres my scenario...
Ive got a 1992 civic hatchback CX which is obd1. I should hopefully be getting a 1998 Integra LS which is obd2 that was totalled, only thing is that the integra is an Automatic transmission. the trans i want is obviously a 5 speed. (keep this in mind)
Now can i take the body harness, engine harness, and ecu from the 98 integra to completely change my car to obd2? I know that i will have to pull the 2 resistors in the ecu and put in the jumper wire to make the auto ecu into a manual ecu. but will all this work? And what if any of the plugs wont just plug and play? and if i got the trans off a 1995 integra ls would the plugs on the trans plug and play.
Bottom line will all the plugs plug and play?
Thanks alot
