Do they allow engine swapping in colorado?what are the laws?

of course they i dunno their laws though. anything thats legal in cali is definately legal in other states

Yes swaps are ok, and we got many counties that dont require emmissions if you need an address to use.

I dont know how Denver does it, Im from Springs, and use my buddys address in pueblo to bypass emmissions, I havent done a test in over 5 years.
