Default colder plugs for sohc turbo

What's a good colder plug to use with my d16y8 turbo? Part numbers? I'm running NGK Iridiums now. Are they too hot for turbo?

You need to learn to use the search feature. Get rid of the iridiums. The coldness you have is fine, just the iridiums aren't the greatest and they are expensive.
