Default Cold weather lighting
whenever in cold weather conditions when i turn my headlights on my running/Dash/Tail lights hessitate to come on right away. Not sure if this is a switch or insulation issue.... Any thaughts?

Possibly a faulty dimmer switch issue. (Google/search to find out more.)
