Hey, I'm looking to put a intake on my 92 CX (stock engine ._.) I was wondering if there's a noticeable difference in performance between an AEM and K&N and other no name ones. All the pictures are generic ones so they're not much help

It honestly won't do anything to your motor that your going to feel. You might hear it actually suck in air ( Which IMO is nice), but not worth the money to be honest. Get a K&N Drop in Filter.

If you have to have one just get a no name tube and a K&N filter.

Granted I didn't go that way, but mine wasn't done for performance either really. Just got a good deal.

I agree with Grumblemar, just make sure to keep your original setup for smog if the tube you get doesn't have a smog sticker on it. Or just get it smogged with OTHER way.
