coilovers or springs?
i was seeking advice about what kind of suspension to put on my car. i want good stuff, so i nedd some suggestions on what brands are good. plus should i get coilovers or springs?

you mean full coilovers of threaded sleeve springs?
how about you tell us what you want out of your suspension then we'll tell you whats good and what you might need.

This topic has been brought up so so so many times, so put your flame suit on.
however its alwasy been a great topic and great debate, I myself prefer coil overs, they're alot stiffer then springs, and when used with the proper stiffness strut they work great, and handle even better, springs are alright, but I think a good coil over setup beats a spring setup any day.
