Coilovers to springs

Coilovers to springs
Guys I have a 98 civic hatch ( B series swap so you know the added weight )and I have been supporting a Skunk 2 sleeved coilover kit w/ AGX adjustable struts for about 3 years now. I also have 17" wheels as well. I'm not into the slammed look. I just like the top of my tires to be around the bottom of my fenders...no tucking. Here is my question. I am wanting to soften up my ride, well my Fe'ance mostly. However I don't want to lose too much performance due to the lack of sway bars I have yet to equip the car. I was looking at the H & R sports with a new set of shocks. I was wanting some feedback from peeps that have went from Skunk 2's to springs and vice versa. (I've been searching this topic as well.....wouldn't hurt to see if there is updated feedback ) Thanks in advance for your responses.
Also I guess another option would be a full coilover setup as well.....

i used omni power and spc products. i love them, i jumped **** in my civic and it held up just fine after that, a trip down the alcan, and lots of autox and track time. if your shocks are shot and you don't want to go low...get a set of tein basic and call it a day.
