coilover install gone wrong!!!help!!!
I bought some Function and Form Type 1s for my 92 civic cx...
I jacked up my car and took the fork off and the shock and spring out...
i've come to realize that the setup i had before was an ebay coilover sleeve on the stock shock...
the problem now is that i can't fit the F&F coilover into the fork...the hole for the fork is just too small, and the coilover won't fit in it...
i tried prying it apart a little with a flathead, thinking that the bolt just kept it too tight...
i quit doing it, though, because i didn't want to break the fork...
i didn't even bother installing the rears yet...
so, how can i get them to work? i'm pretty sure that they are for my car, because i ordered them from their website for my make and model and year...
what should i do?

that would be an unnessesary hassle...
plus, i've let too much time go by to do that...they probably wouldn't take them
plus, the suspension was just taken out of the box...and function and form has a good reputation, i've never heard of them not fitting...
the fronts don't quite fit in the fork...there's less than a millimeter of difference...
what if i unscrewed the height adjustment part going into the fork and got a machine shop to grind it down a tad?
