Code P0133

Pulled code p0133 which says slow reading by primary o2 sensor, driver side o2 senesor, etc...it gave a list of o2 sensors on the autozone scanner. ANy way, Is this the o2 sensor before the cat and would it be ok to pull it out, clean it, and pop it back in?

try cleaning it and reset ecu
