Default Code 9 cylinder sensor and Code 22 VTEC pressure valve....

Ok, so my car was broken in to and the monitor for my electronic boost controller was stolen. Not the whole thing, just the monitor. Now when my idle fluctuates when the car is cold and once it warms up it drops down to like 600rpm and the ECU throws the #9 code which is the Cylinder Sensor and the #22 code which is the VTEC Pressure Valve. Any ideas what might be causing this? I'm working on getting a manual boost controller, I just dont have a boost gauge, so I have to leave the electronic controller in until I get the money for a gauge. Anyways, does anyone have any ideas why my car sucks so much after it was broken into. Also, they stole my oil pressure gauge, water temp gauge and my AFR gauge as well. Don't know if that would have anything to do with it.
