Default code 9 and code 43.... 94 eg cx

ok ive had this problem for about a month now and it driving me crazy..i have a complete stock cx motor..code 43 is my fuel system(PROBLEM) IT has a missfire in the fuel..i know it not spark..also when i go to put gas it..i remove the gas cap and its not pressurized..what could cause it to do that ????

code 9.. ,CPS, cylinder position sensor,i change my distributor 3 times and still doing it..what else could it be or i must have 3 bad distros....

i need help..

From my experience, the code 9 is pretty much a totally worthless and vague indication that can be caused by anything disrupting the timing or misfiring. If you're getting a code 9 in addition to another code, I would look for whatever is causing the OTHER code. You'll probably find that the code 9 goes away on its own.

my other code is 43 that is fuel system i dont know how that would cause a code 9

It could cause a code 9 because of a misfire or something, some kind of disruption. Code 9 is usually the result of something else. Crank angle sensor finds that cylinder 1 isn't in the right position because of something screwy going on, and sends code 9.

Although I've heard of people getting a code 9 and replacing the crank angle sensor to fix it though. (a code 4 is for a faulty crank sensor in itself though?)

i have code 9 and my car keeps dying cause of it.going to replace the distributor hopefully it will go away.
