ok well to start off i have a 93 civic coupe with a b16a3 swap with minor bolt ons

-intake
-header
- 2.25 exhaust piping to a stock ls muffler
-no cat
-p30 ecu
- ITR cams
-vafc (just using as vtec controller)

well i get a code 43 from time to time (fuel supply system) or w.e its called... after getting the code for a lil while i changed out my fuel filter and bam same thing... i tried running fuel injector cleaner (still didnt work) i also ran seam foam threw it to try to clean out the motor and i still get the code every once in a while.. i always run chevron 91.. anyone have any ideas? only other thing i can think of is o2 sensor but im not throwin a code for the o2

i would check your o2 sensor anyways, ive heard of them going bad and it not throwing a code for it

Change your o2 (Oxygen) Sensor. I had the same problem last week. Please use a new o2 sensor. A used o2 sensor will work, but a new one will be perfectly calibrated and will also result in correct fuel/air mixture and better MPG. =]

This could also be the cause of your bad o2 sensor. SeaFoam is petroleum which when ignited, can and will destory your o2 sensors. Also since you have ran numerous products that "clean" your engine, I would also suggest you change your oil and oil filter. Petroleum will thin out your oil and cause failure sooner or later.
