I get cel code 43 in a Del Sol with a D16Z6.
The code says Fuel Supply System defective or malfunctioning fuel supply system???

What can it be?

check your fuel system. if not, it might be the 02 sensor.

I am running Hondata. Maybe it is messed up.

So far, I have had my Main Relay re-soldered because I thought it had a dry joint.

I just got my injectors cleaned. Perhaps my fuel Pump is screwed.

How can I check to see if the O2 sensor is Ok or not????

It may be fuel pressure regulator or fuel pump. I still got eh code 43. I am gonna get a fuel pressure test done because the tested is like $250 (Screw that). Let me know what you do and I will do the same.
