I changed my O2 sensor whiched caused the code 41 because the connector/wires hit the bottom part of the header and melted. The wires were crossing and that caused my idle to act all jacked up. I could have just re-wired it, but I got a replacement O2 for free, so I just did that. My idle went fine after I replaced it. I was bugging me because a Code 41 will not erase (at least permantly) by resetting the ecu. So for my particular case, fixing that fixed my idle as well.

Mine did, once I repinned the ECU.
