Default Code 41 on a Civic CX

Found this thread and it's an old one. But I've had the same issue for over a year and a half now and still can't figure it out. Same issue: stock D15B8 with p05 ecu. Had to rewire and convert to a 4 wire o2 sensor to get it to run right. Took the exaust manifold apart and put it back and now the code never goes away. Swapped out a good engine harness off of z6 and still have the same issue. Cannot find the issue at all. Still throwing code 41. It originally came with a single wire o2 that was no longer reading. Yes I swapped it back to the single wire and still no luck. Got 2 new o2 sensors and swapped known good ecu as well. What else could it be?

Instead of dragging up a 4 year old thread, start a new one and reference the old one

I did this for you with moving your post into a thread of it's own and referencing the old thread for additional background information.
