if you just did the swap go back and make sure all the wiring is correct, then check it over again and then make sure everything is pluged and that the vtec system has a proper ground..

when i installed my vtec controller my CEL came on and through a 21 but i still hit vtec. soo whats the prob? all my wires are hooked up correctly and i still have no clue y its throwing the code

i dont have a vtec controller. i hard wired the vtec wires into the harness. the car isn't drivable yet so i dont know if i can hit vtec or not. but thanks.

well i tore down all the wiring and ****, and yup. sure enough it had come disconnected at a wire splice. went back, corrected it and no more light. thanks for the help guys.
