Default Code 20... common culprits?

Ok I've had my b18b swap in for about 2 months now running strong. But before the swap my fuel pump fuse blew out. Now it blew out on me again... Im not sure the actual name of the fuse... EGA or something I'd have to run out to the car and check. But the code I threw was code 20. Which most of my mechanics are telling me something is screwy with the wiring or there is live wire grounding out somewhere.

Anyone here have experience with this? I currently do not have a CEL light on. But Im sure it will cause me to blow my fuse again thus putting me in another bad predicament. Imagine if I was squeezing then bam fuel pump dies on me.... boom goes motor... Would a bad ground on my stereo amp cause this?
