Default code 14 IACV

i just recently converted my 99 civic ex from auto to manual. I did the two wire conversion by the plug and ecu but when i plug up my chipped p28 i get code 14 and when i plug up my stock ex ecu it gets no code. What could the problem be? thanks in advance!

To the OP, when you did the auto to manual swap, what intake manifold are you using and where is your IACV located currently?

i used an eg intake manifold and the idle air control is located on the back of the manifold.

It drives fine with the 99ex ecu

but with the p28 its gives me code 14 and idles real low and boggs at 1500 and i have to smash the gas to go past 1500 rpm.
