Default CODE 14, 7, IDLE problem, shifting problems

Hello.

i have a Civic Ex Coupe 95 with D15B JDM, OBD1 P08 ECU

my car is experiencing a rare problem. the CEL is not on but when i connect a jumper in the ECU service port the CEL give me code 7 and 14 (TPS and EACV).

the problem is if the TPS is set to 0.5v the idle bounce, if you move the tps little higger the iddle bounce disappears but the idle is extremely low and i cant hear the EACV running.

when TPS is set to 0.5v the transmission cant shift properly and make some noise when the shifting.

i also replace the TPS (3 of them) and the EACV too (4 of them) also replace the whole throttle body with all the sensors.

replaced cap, rotor, plugs, wires, head gasket, TB gasket...

any idea?

When you turn the key from off to ON(II), does the CEL turn on and then off after 2 seconds?

Does removal of the 7.5A hood Back Up fuse for 3 or more minutes clear the 2 codes? If so, if you then drive the car, do both codes return without the CEL ever turning on and staying on?

Auto transmission and auto ECU, right?

You need to determine whether both codes return after resetting the ECU.

1) Adjust the throttle cable to have a bit of slack.

2) Calibrate the TPS voltage to 0.5V at closed throttle.

3) Check/adjust the throttle control lever.

The TPS MUST be adjusted to 0.5V at closed throttle.

Afterward, if there's an idle problem, then adjust the idle speed as per service manual. Have you already cleaned and adjusted the FITV?
