Default Code 14 and 22 after ecu change

I put in a p28 ecu in my 99 cx. I used a jhpusa obd2b-obd1 conversion harness. I get code 22 because of vtec, its the y7 motor, so i understand that. But code 14 is the IACV. I heard that I have to rewire it to make it work with the p28 is that true? To the 2 wire? but my iacv has three wires.

I realize that I have to do the IACV fix, but can I still use the 3 wire plug, just not use the orange wire? So eve with the ecu harness jumper, I still have to do the fix?
