Hi- My 2000 Honda civic is returning a code 12 - increased resistance in D/S air bag inflator. The test was done at a mechanic shop and they said they were not equipped to deal with the problem. Can anyone tell me what the problem likely is, how serious it is and where can I get it repaired if necessary? I would prefer to stay away from a dealer if possible.
