Yes, not sure how much of an effect though.
I remember reading hondas are heavily influenced by the temp of the air coming in the intake. They pull timing when the air is hot to prevent detonation. With code 10 you will likely go into a safer ignition map...and lose some power.

why dont you just plug the iat sensor in the intake? or replace it if its broken
