Clutch...Q
Whenever my clutch is released, there is a whistling noise. I was thinking that it was my ISB. Now for my question, if it is in fact my ISB, should it be replaced asap or is it ok to drive on? I have an ACT stage 2 clutch btw. Thanks for any input.

its probably your throw out bearing.. not so much wistling as squeeking? it probably wasnt greased up all the way.. does it go away when you push the clutch in? if so thats what it is.. it will go away after a while (when i say after a while i mean after like 2000 miles)

Re: Clutch...Q (95_acc0rd)
Thats what I originally thought and I had it replaced. Still the same noise though. When I am in gear I can still hear it, dont know if that helps or not. Thanks for the response.

yeah it doesnt matter weather your in gear or not its if the clutch is engaged or not... like i said if the noise stops when you push the clutch in and starts when you release it its your throw out bearing

Thanks, but I already had that replaced. For some reason, I thought the throwout bearing was the other way around.

Re: Clutch...Q (95_acc0rd)
Please correct me if I'm wrong. From what I heard, when the throwout bearing is bad, you hear a noise when you push the clutch in. Then when you release it, the noise goes away.
