Default clutch problems...

I recently did a b18c1 sawp into my EG and im having troubles with the clutch. When putting the new motor in with a new master cylinder as well, i now have a un predictable clutch. Basically randomly the clutch will want to engage about an inch closer to the floor, but it's not a full engagement. It will make the car start rolling forwardly rapidly, but not enough to kill the engine, and then when i continue to let it out, it will engage fully where it is supposed to. It is very scary in trafic, because sometimes i will start rolling forward before i'm supposed to, and have to disengage very quickly....

the free play is at the every top like normal.... the master cylinder is brand new, and the slave cylinder is not new, but worked when i pulled the motor it came from...i'm totally stumped, becasue sometimes, it'll work perfectly, but the next 7 times i engage the clutch, it'll be outta whack, and then it'll go back agian.......does this repeatedly...
