Default Clutch Problem! Help!

I have a 1994 Civic EX with a Competition Clutch Street Series(not even 1 month old), tonight while I was driving I started hearing a rattling sound and I shifted to second and it felt normal. I got to a friedns house, dropped him off, when I went to put it in first it was really hard to put in. When I tried shifting to any gear it wouldnt work. I turned off the car and put it in first and started it and it worked, but it was very hard to get it in to the gears driving home. When I push in the clutch when the motor is running I feel a vibration from the pedal. I'll lose pedal pressure randomly. When you push in the clutch the RPM's won't fall. The master cylinder is full of fluid. What do you guys think it is? Please help me. Thanks

My freind had something similar to what your clucth is doing.

1) Did u install the clutch your self?

2) When u put into first gear does it constently make niose?

I think that it might be one of your flywheel bolt is loose or fell off, and it's just getting grinded in there.

check the master and slave cylinder, could be your clutch chattering due to lack of pressure, and the clutch is dragging, this would also be your answer why it was hard to get in gear, and of course your lack of pedal pressure

never heard of such clutch.

test you input shaft bearing and TB by noise. Also check for leaks around master or slave cylinder. Flush and bleed the clutch, but I think it's already toast.
