Default clutch problem ej6 with a b18b1.

i cant feel the let off point like i can with everyother car i drive and the way i used to with my car..
the pedals very soft.
the clutch grabs good still i just cant feel the let off point causing my driving to become very sloppy.
i just relpaced the mc/ and s/c ( yes i bled it )
i dont know what else there is to do...

story.

my clutch has always felt a little soft but acouple weeks ago i was at the track and when i launched shifting into second i noticed it was really soft and it went to the ground no problem and i was able to get it into third before it really hit me that my clutch was fucked up its a civic with a b18b1 in it
i thought it was the master cyl. so i replaced that.. and it felt a little better , so i thought maybe it was the slave cylinder because i'd hear a loud squealing noise from it when i wasnt pushing the clutch pedal in... and it still feels soft !
i ordered the Earls auto-5speed conversion clutch line that goes from the m/c to the s/c... so im hoping this might solve my problem
any one have any other ideas ?
