Clutch Problem with 95 DX need some advice
Ok here's the scenario: 95 DX coupe with 96 JDM B18C and JRSC. It has a Clutch Masters clutch kit and Fidanza lightweight flywheel. Swap is done - no CEL's, no problems at all for about 2 weeks. Then one day it started getting hard to get it into gear then you couldn't get it into gear whatsoever.
I decided to bleed the clutch thinking there might be some air in the lines but there wasn't. I changed the slave cylinder to the stock DX slave cylinder and rebled the clutch and it was still doing the same thing.
With the car off the you can shift through all the gears but when you start it up it wouldn't go into gear at all. I rebled the clutch once again after replacing the master cylinder with one from a 94 LX and still the same thing. I finally got it into gear with the car on jackstands but the wheels are spinning in first gear even if the pedal is fully pressed in.
It seems to me that the pedal doesn't have quite the pressure that it should and possibly isn't pushing the release fork enough. The pedal pressure is close but not as stiff as my 92 VX. I've ran out of ideas other than tearing off the tranny but it doesn't seem to me like the problem would be inside. Any ideas????

try this. rest your footon the clutch. see if it goes to the floor under no pressure. if it does you may need to replace the master cylinder. or adjust the freeplay

As I said, there is pedal pressure - meaning the pedal comes back up on it's own but not as much as my VX has. The master cylinder has been replaced with another one although it wasn't new. The slave cylinder was bled repeatedly so I know there is no air in the lines.
