Default clutch problem

i just swapped out my d16z6 for a jdm zc sohc in my 95 civic coupe. I installed a exedy stage 1 clutch and a 7lb fidenza flywheel and the clutch is releasing at the very bottom, i noticed that the old clutch didnt have a pilot bearing, but my kit came with one and i installed it, could this have caused the pedal difference or can i adjust it out or is it caused my the flywheel and i just have to get use to it? i do have a hydraulic clutch also thanks, anything else i need to do to this motor?

did you try bleeding your clutch or adjusting pedal height?

i havnt got a chance yet, but i never cracked open the clutch lines hen i did the motor, but i guess that new clutch might change it, the old engine didnt have a pilot bearing, but my kit came with one, so i installed it behind the new flywheel, maybe it dosnt need that bearing?
