Clutch peddal sits low
Hey guys, been a while since I've posted. (Lurker!)
My EJ1 civic was parked for a month or so, and when I went back to drive it, I noticed my clutch peddal seemed to sit lower. It always had very little play between engaged and not.. It's an ACT heavy duty clutch. However it seems like now, if I let the peddal rest on its own, it's only a few inches from the floor.
The car starts and idles fine, and it can be driven. I'm just concerned that perhaps it's a leak or something. I didn't see any fluids on the ground beneath the car when I moved, but that doesn't necessarily mean anything.
Any thoughts on this?

Re: Clutch peddal sits low (Castor)
Have you checked the clutch fluid? If it's low I'd fill it up and bleed the system while checking for any leaks.

yeah, probably the master cylinder. Look under the dash where the master cylinder goes into the firewall, see if there's any leaks. Real common problem on these cars.
