clutch pedal adjustment(grab/release)
i recentley installed in my B16, EH2:
Omnipower quik clutch master cylinder
Exedy organic clutch
Exedy lightweight flywheel
OEM pilot bearing
OEM throwout bearing
OEM slave cylinder
its been 600 miles of break-in so far and ive noticed everything works fine when the car is warm, but when i first go to start the car in the morning you cant get the car into gear..i have to wait for it to warm up(about 10-15 minutes) before i can get it into gear..its like the grab and release point moves when the car is cold and when its warm...i know how to adjust it at the pedal but how do i get the catch and release point to be the same all the time warm or cold?
my last clutch never had this problem(same clutch)..the only thing ive changed was he flywheel and the master cylinder..i have a feeling its the omnipower master clyinder..how do i get it to work all the time warm or cold?

Re: clutch pedal adjustment(grab/release) (Grip)
never had any experience with omni clutch hydraulics, but have heard once of a master clyinder issue. you cant really change the grab release points, if you have 1/2 - 3/4 of an inch of free travel, thats the best you can do.
