Default Clutch Pedal Adjustment

I have an 96 Civic and I am wondering how to adjust the clutch pedal. It is catching low to the floor. Thanks

Check your clutch's master cylinder fluid. Mine was nearly empty last weak because the master cylinder exploded and left massive amounts of DOT3 all over my floor mat. I replaced it from a totalled EX and bled it myself and now it feels like a totally different car . Btw my master cylinder broke at school, when I got in it there was no pressure so we had to push the car up an incline and put it in gear, then just jam the clutch pedal until it gave loose. Then I drove home with about 1/2" of clutch movement from the floor to the grab point. Really though, check out your master cylinder. It should be in the upper right-most corner of the engine bay. You can use DOT3 or 4 brake fluid to refill.

Clutch master is full, I looked at clutch setup, there is a threaded rod going threw the fire wall that connects to the clutch mecahism. This is threaded with a nut on the end. Is this the adjustment??

You really shouldn't need to adjust it, but yes the threads should be the adjustment. IIrc all that holds the master cylinder's pump rod thing to the clutch pedal is a bolt and a hairpin to keep the bolt in. Take the bolt off and fiddle around with it to see what you can do with it.

I found answer to my question, there is a bolt with a switch that is on pedal assembley, I rotated it twice and clutch catches further off floor. Thanks all
