Did you bleed the system? Lines might be kinked. Also, I think there is a return spring on top of the pedal.

You still need to bleed the system.

Do this:

top off resevoir
pump pedal by hand and hold down- have someone crack open the bleed screw, then tighten.
repeat.

Do this until you start to get a little better pedal.

Then, loosen the bleeder and let it gravity bleed until a steady stream of fluid comes out.

Pump pedal and check to see if it functions properly,

did you check if there was a return spring in your pedal assembly anyway, i got some pedals from a 4dr integra (bug eyes) and it has a return spring on it

have you checked your your clutch for pressure? (remove the slave cyl from the trans and test it to make sure it pushes out,

if the clutch line works, check the shifter fork, throwout bearing, and pressure plate

tomorrow i am going to check to see if the slave is pushing the fork enought... if its not that i guess i will be opening up the trans.

There is NO spring on the hydro clutch pedal.
Bleed the hell outta that thing, check the lines and fittings for leaks, even a very small leak will kill your pressure- check everything before you start throwing parts at it, I hate spending money!!
