http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com and http://www.hondapartsdeals.com
Or, you can buy the blank hard lines, and bend/make them yourself.

Screw all that...
Go to a PARTS store (Advance Auto, O'Reilly's, Checker)... MOST of those stores sell premade lengths of hardline stainless steel lines. Already have fittings, already flared, already long. All you have to do is bend them however you need.
When you go... ask them to check the DORMAN catalog... they make good stuff.

Re: (Miracle)
you can install a stainless braided line.
Here's a couple on ebay:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...ZWDVW
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...ZWDVW
Those will replace the steel part of the line. There is also stainless braided sections to replace the rubber part for about $25. do an ebay search for "civic clutch line" and there will be a bunch of them.
I bought one a while back and it was $60 Embarassed
These are a lot easier to work with compared to the hard lines, maybe it will help you some.
