Re: clutch free play
I would check for possible leaks in the system. If it was fine and then just started I would suspect a leak or a clutch master failing. Check to see if you have full travel at the slave cylinder.

Check to see if you have full travel at the slave cylinder. Could be internal failure in the clutch master. You could also adjust the pedal free play and monitor it.

the bolt behind the pedal are not loose,so i don't want to adjust it.i do see some fluid coming behind the pedal which is the master cylinder, but only little bit

The clutch is self adjusting. I would be looking at a new clutch master in addition to that you will also need to adjust the pedal play when the clutch master is replaced.
