the pic doesnt really show how much meat is still on it... but how many miles have been put on the clutch ? if alot might as well save urself the trouble and get a new one.

if it was me i would never re use a clutch.. just because its still used and it wont last as long as a brand new one. so why waste all ur time tearing a tranny out again down the road..
as for the flywheel yes...
What I have done b4 to save money and time on gettting it resurfaced is go to the store and buy some find grit sandpaper and just sand all the old clutch residue off.

yeah man, I dunno to many people that will buy a used clutch..
just clean the flywheel up and then sell it
