It looks like your clutch master cylinder may be leaking. This would explain the leak inside the car by the pedals, the reason you have to keep filling up the reservoir, and the clutch pedal being soft sometimes. You can try bleeding the system and adding more fluid for a temporary fix to remove air bubbles. Also, you didn't mention what kind of car you have, but if it is a 92-95 Civic I believe the part number for the master cylinder is 46920-SR3-A01. Buy the one made by Adler. If it is any other car then do some searching to find out. Some of the other leaks look like they could possibly be oil. Clean your motor then trace the leaks to where they start.

There is almost definitely a leak in the CMC and a replacement (Exedy) runs less than $35.00. You might as well do the slave at the same time and round it out to an even $50.00.

I would not advocate an aftermarket part in this case, the Adler/Nissin is the OEM version and your best choice, but slightly more expensive. Axatax does make a good point though, you should think about also replacing the slave cylinder.
