Default CLUTCH EXPERTS HELP!

I have a clutchmasters stage 3 pressure plate and a 6 puck unsprung disc (not sure what brand, assuming clutchmasters also).

Can I swap, an Exedy or ACT disc without changing any other parts?

you can but depends on the stiffness of the perssure plate and if it can hold it.

I'd assume any aftermarket plate would be stiff enough for an aftermarket plate

could my stage 3 clutchmasters pressure plate hold a street organic full face sprung disc from any brand?

I'm just asking if pressure plates and clutch discs are the same structurally.

I heard it doesnt matter. 4 puck, 6 puck, sprung, unsprung-- it won't matter.

yea i was told by a few people who are familiar with it that theyre almost positive there wont be any problems.

i was explaining about how the springs in my act disc are messed up yet the pressure plates fine. he says, just get a spec disc and replace it and itll work fine. im sure the same goes for u.
