I'm sure ACT and Exedy is probably the way to go. As I prefaced all my other topics I am an EG newb.
Would I want an unsprung 4-6 puck?
DC short shifter?

For 10 to 15% over stock power you can go with the Exedy street set. It costs only 98.00 plus shipping on ebay. Beyond that....jwn7 knows.

Realistically 130-140whp all motor but I need that will take some hard pounding on the track, and handle a 75-100 shot at the drag strip in the future.
200-225ish?
My friend had an ACT 4 puck un-sprung on his B16, very weird to handle.......
I have a sprung 6 puck on my Lude, rough for the street but owns too 350whp!

act hdss is definately what i would recommend. it's capable of holding 223 ftlbs of torque (i doubt you'll ever see that), and it isn't that hardcore of a clutch either. you want to be realistic and pick the least agressive clutch that is capable of containing the amount of power your engine produces.
i'd avoid a 4 or 6 puck clutch, because they put greater shock on your tranny, and you simply don't need one.
i've had my hdss with a 8.8lb prolite flywheel for about 6 weeks now. i love it to death. it feels damn near stock, and grabs much better - very practical clutch that has a lot of potiential if you need it.
if you're cheap () maybe take a look at what exedy has to offer.

I agree. the hdss would be a good choice for you. I went with the xtss for my d16.

hdss all the way . ive have it with streetlite 12 lb flywheel and its a real nice street setup. pedal feel is actually a little more over stock than i thought it would be, but i got used to it in like 5 min.

Pretty sure thats what I almost went with for my Lude.
Sounds like a plan guys!
Can't I just have the stock flywheel machined?

yea you can have it machined. i think stock weighs like 17lbs and you arent supposed to go below 12 lbs. i was thinkin about gettin my stock one shaved, but then it would have to be sent out to be balanced and ****, so i for like 200 bucks i just went with the pre-lightend one to make things easier.
