cluster not working properly

Just the other day, my cluster started to not work properly. Everything is actually fine and only the needle for the MPH is messed. It is flickering up and down 3-5 MPH for every speed i go. The cluster is a 92-95 ex/si in my 93 cx. I've had the car for 2 years now and its still the same cluster. Never had this problem before. I've already replaced and tested the fuse and its not it. Can it be a loose wiring somewhere or something else?? Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Check the connection on your VSS, or clean it.

How do i go about cleaning the speed sensor? Is there a certain cleaning material i should use? I'll probably wait until the weekend to work on it then if im gonna have to take out the SS. Thanks again. I'll keep everyone posted if it was the problem.

99% of the time cleaning it does correct it. Just make sure the connecting pins are clean from dirt and grime. https://honda-tech.com/forums/images/smilies/emthup.gif
