cluster needles
ok so I redesigned my cluster gauge faces, how can I adjust the needles? my speed isn't right. and for the rest I have to replace from the junkyard. not a project I can say I will ever do again.
I took the needle off and put it on at a little less than zero and when I start to go I go about 20mph before It starts to move then after that it seems about 10mph off.
its a 97 ex cluster.
please help.

I've had this problem before with my speedo and tach. What I did has take the speedo needle off when my car was running then put it back on at 0. Then I had a friend drive along side me and tell me what speed he was going to match mine.

ok I got every thing working but my temp is backwards when I turn the car off it goes to hot instead of down. does anyone know what the problem is? I thought maybe the fuel and temp got mixed up but there is no way to put them in the wrong places. I searched but the only matching problem never got answered.

needles aren't meant to be removed from the gauges, they are carefully calibrated from the factory and you won't be able to fix them whatever you do, you ****ed up...Get a new cluster
