Cluster Light went out, Fog lights went out, City lights went out HELP!!

Cluster Light went out, Fog lights went out, City lights went out HELP!!
so yesterday i was driving home from universal studios and
one of my fog lights goes out so im like damnit. about 2 weeks ago
this happened then i woke up the next day and both were working so i figured lose connection
and i would just fix it. i have em spliced to my harness as my jdm city lights are also.
everything was workin coo until today the city lights nor the fog lights turn on, both are controlled on my foglight switch which still lights up but now my cluster light is not lighting up but my sidemarkers worked, i checked fuse 15 and its cool. i tested the harness for power with a tester and got nothing?
think im screwed?
or think you could help me.

damn that sucks. you said you check fuse 15, check more fuses and light bulb. i know theres more fuses for cluster, signal, fogs, etc... im just to lazy to look for the panel.
