cluster help. eg

Default cluster help. eg

hello.
i have a 92 cx
the cluster works fine when the lights are turned off. rpm works . gas work.
but when i turn the nights on . the rmp and mph gose flat and dose not work.
the blinker lights stay come on. and stay on. but dont flash. just light up.
the gas and temp. gose to full and hot..
and the lights the light up the cluster dose not work..
what could this be?
plz help.

If you have a CX with a RPM tach, you or someone had to redo the wires..... I would check the ground wires and recheck all your wires.

^^^ Well, they didn't redo the wires (a cluster with RPM/tach is plug and play into a CX), but I have seen a poor ground/bad wiring do wacky things to a cluster. First thing I'd check is whether all the wiring is correct -- as in, in its correct pin locations on the connectors behind the cluster. Get out your Helms and check them one by one.

was checking if he got an difference cluster in there instead one from EG cluster.

the cluster was changed. and we put a jdm cluster on and did the same thing.

took the car 2 ericks racing in CA, and they dont know what it is... something 2 do with the wires.. but it just started.. i had the car for about 3 weeks and it just started happing 3 days ago.
