Default Clunking noise when turning

Well, I've searched for this, but couldn't find anything about a power steering rack. I have no play in my front end (from tie rods, ball joints, wheel bearings, etc.), but when I hit bumps every once and a while, I'll hear a clunking noise coming from the passenger side of the rack. It also does the same noise when I turn the wheel quickly to the right. To the left, there is no noise.

About 2 weeks ago, I jacked the car up and turned the passenger wheel sharply to the right, then left. When i cut it right, I heard the noise, left nothing again. It is definitely coming out of the rack though.

I know manual racks have a bushing after you take the inner tie rod off, I didn't know if power racks had that though. Does anyone have any other ideas what could be wrong? Thanks.

Usually an axle will make a clicking noise when in a turn, never heard of an axle make a clunking noise. And I'm almost positive it's coming from the rack. Thanks anyways though.

I'm going to check it out this weekend, when I'm off to see if I can find anything loose or broken underneath. But do you know if power racks have that bushing that manual racks have after the inner tie rod comes off?
