Clunk noise on pressing brakes first time
 

Hi everyone,

I own a 2002 Honda Civic EX and need some help from you guys.

Lately I have been experiencing quite a loud clunk noise the very first time I press on the brakes after backing out from my garage. I do not hear the noise after that. From what I have noticed, it only happens when I press the brakes after changing the direction of motion of the car ( from reverse to forward gear ).

Does anyone else have a similar situation with their car ? Any recommendations ?

i actually have a similar problem on my gti... but i cant reproduce it easily. if you have less than 45kmi, you should still be under warranty, so just bring it back to the dealer
