Default clucth stuck and squeaks when pushed

today i was at the drive-throu and all of the sudden i kept hearing a squeak everytime i would press the cluth.now on the way back the cluth got stuck all the way to the floor.i had to literally unbuckle my seat belt and reach for the pedal and pulled it back up.i did some search and all i found was bad master cylinders.the fluid is full but everyonce in a while i do see some fluid in the ground.any help?

my clutch squeaks but i dont think its a big deal. if its all the way to the floor, that doesn't neccessarily mean there's no fluid, it means that the clutch/lines/mc/slave are not holding their pressure correctly.

but i would agree, that you should change your MC and slave unit, should be about 100 bucks, and then bleed your system.

Don't need to buy an expensive Honda part, those are usually available at your local parts store off the shelf, it's a polular one and fits many Honda's. You get everything including the rubber boot. Remove the lines ans take it with you so you get the correct one.

10mm I believe, those fittings tend to be hard to remove with an open end wrench. Borrow a set of flare nut wrenches if you can, they're specifically designed for this type of work.

go buy one, 5-10 bucks depending on where you get it from, I wouldn't go for a cheapo brand though, it'll just flex and stretch and strip it anyways. Try takeing the other end off, and if you can, and slip the O part of the wrench all the way down, It will not strip=].

have her hook you up with some flare nut wrenches, to do that job a little easier.

you gotta bleed, bleed, bleed till your pedal gets its pressure back. just like doing brakes. also bleeding the clutch isn't going to change your engagement point.

there are some nuts and bolts (sorry for my description i don't have any pics) on the actually clutch pedal. that's where you adjust it. basically the back of the master cylinder comes thru the fire wall and bolts into your clutch pedal... the shorter the arm for the master is the shorter the engagement point, and obviously the further out the arm is the longer the engagement point. and then you just adjust every thing so the clutch pedal isn't loose and that's about it. its super easy

lmk if this doesn't make sense maybe ill try to get some pictures for ya

search about the squeaky clutch too. our cars' are notorious for squeaky master cylinders. i have been squeakin' for the past 4-5 months now it sucks but if you can live with it, i wouldn't worry too much.

^See the quote ^

And the reason I have that under my username is because I made one of the moderators laugh with that line I said "even your spaces are misspelled!" He eventually took my quote and stuck it under my username forever

You'd have to see the post to understand where this is coming from. I tried looking but I can't find the post where the IDIOT who couldn't speak the english language for **** (iz diz bee mah vtak?) and was asking for help because he didn't feel like installing a 4th spark plug. So instead, he filled up the entire spark plug hole with quicksteel/mighty outty/jb weld whatever the hell it was and ran the car on 3 cylinders. Does anyone remember that post?

heres a video..in the video you can see that almost half of the pedal is real loose and the clutch wont engage till i have pressed half the pedal.i was looking at adjusting it but theres two bolts, one behind the pedal and one above the pedal.i was thinkin of putting something in between the bolt in front of the pedal so it will saty half way.
