Default Clogged cat?

I noticed that my bumper always turns a few shades darker due to black crap coming out of my exhaust... Is this symptoms of a clogged cat or the autozone fart can that came with the car?

also check your tps. Make sure its at .5 volts at fully closed throttle.... Had this happen on a civic and I adjusted it and the problem went away. Good luck.

plugs are brand new... Timing was timed by ear by previous owner. Im thinking this car used to be boosted and is running off a tuned ecu without boost? Ill try the other crap to check it out...

im not exactly sure... The intake mani is not stock and one of my injector o-rings is split but not leaking... I did pop the trim panel out around the ecu while pulling some wires for subs and noticed the ecu was not mounted to anything, which tells me its been tampered with, but I didn't check the ecu numbers while I had it out...
